You don't want too high a percentage of your church in small groups because that would mean your church is not growing. You always want a fringe of people who are just starting to check your church out.

its a weird way of seeing it. Obviously you don't want to discourage people from joining the groups, its more of a measure of how many new people there are, eh.
I like.
Maybe part of checking out the church is a small group? Especially one with Bull Riding!
They don't have to be for fully commited people...
