Perhaps this is overly simplistic...but sometimes, in some cases, we have to ask God's forgiveness and go on. I was thinking of a friend who was married, divorced, became a Christian and then married a Christian and they had several children. She later became convicted that remarriage was not biblical. Should she leave her husband and children and live a single life?
It just seemed to me that there were some parallels.
I was there. I'm gonna blog about it as soon as I've got Peter's answers to a few follow up questions. It's extremely important stuff to think through and to deliberately act on. (This could include not acting! My point is more about not being lazy.)
Whoah. I'm not sure whether I should nick off back to England/Ireland/Poland or go and offer myself as a slave to an indiginous community!
