- Talk really quickly because students have short attention spans.
- Become an expert on sex and sovereignty (of God).
- Assume those who think they're Christians aren't Christians.
- Don't fear academics.
- Remember that you're always ministering to 18 year olds. Keep learning how they think.
- Don't be Peter Pan. Learn when to stop wearing jeans and when to stop playing sport with them.
