- Music leader: gain a Western cultural ‘need’ to have a devoted music leader.
- Preschool/children’s leader
- Assimilation coordinator: a dogged determination to not let anyone fall through the cracks. Not just ‘be my friend’, but ‘join my church’.
- Outreach networker.
- Spiritual gifts mobiliser: help people to discover and deploy their gifts.
