Some interesting thoughts and questions about Oz29

A husband and wife* in Melbourne blogs her thoughts about the first few meetings in Melbourne.

* Sorry to Arthur that I've helped perpetuate the misunderstanding that Tamie wrote all three posts.

My apologies. The posts I read were all written first person from a woman's perspective is all :-)

Mikey. Interesting article. Good to read stuff from a woman's perspective (Tamie wrote the article I'm referring to). Some thoughts and a question.

I haven't seen the film Band of Brothers. Nor have I read Al Stewart's book. I don't warm to illustrations about fighters or soldiers or boxers. The idea of being a terrorist for Jesus (as I've heard some say I should be) does not inspire me to action. I can't stand ultimate fighting.

I am beginning to get the feeling that masculinity as defined by Mark Driscoll is the sort of masculinity that Oz29 will be looking for. I'm all for robustness and doggedness and hard headedness. But will your men need to drive a stick shift Chev, brew their own beer, shun deoderant and have a shed? (tongue in cheek)

I'm not getting that vibe from you BTW.
